"Your apartment was much better than expected! The quality and condition of the appliances, furniture, lights, and decor were much better than typically found in rental apartments. Your conscientious care was evident in all things - right down to the dishwasher, comfortable beds, and cushions on the deck furniture. The private balcony was a particular treat - it is quite large and receives sun almost all day starting at 10 am! The layout is particularly smart - efficiently using every inch of space but still quite comfortable. It feels much larger than the square footage described. Everyone was delighted with the ample parking, nice atmosphere, quiet neighborhood, and yet only a 5 to 10 minute walk to all stores/conveniences. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay again."
